Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Ma Salle SAS ("Ma Salle") and any individual or legal entity ("the Client") making a reservation via masalle.paris.

2. Services

Ma Salle provides fully equipped private gym rooms, accessible by reservation. Each booking grants exclusive access to the room for the reserved time slot.

3. Account registration

Access to the booking service requires creating a client account. The Client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information and is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Booking and payment

Bookings are made online at masalle.paris. Payment is required at the time of booking via credit card, prepaid wallet, or subscription plan. A unique access code is sent before the session.

5. Pricing

Prices are displayed on the website and vary by time of day (off-peak, standard, peak) and day of week (weekday, weekend). Ma Salle reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Applicable rates are those in effect at the time of booking.

6. Prepaid plans

Prepaid plans entitle the holder to a defined number of sessions within a validity period. Unused sessions at expiration are forfeited with no refund. Plans are non-transferable.

7. Cancellation and refund

  • More than 12 hours before: free cancellation, full refund.
  • 2 to 12 hours before: free reschedule to another available slot.
  • Less than 2 hours or no-show: session is charged, non-refundable.

8. Usage rules

  • Respect your time slot and vacate the room on time.
  • Use equipment properly and return it to its place.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the room and equipment.
  • Do not sublease or transfer your booking without authorization.

9. Liability

The Client uses the gym at their own risk. Ma Salle is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment. A medical consultation is recommended before starting any physical activity.

10. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French consumer law (Article L.221-28), the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services to be provided on a specific date.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be resolved amicably before referring to the competent courts of Paris.
