How does autonomous access work?

  1. Book online — choose your time slot on the calendar, even at 6am or 10pm.
  2. Get your code — a unique access code is sent before your session.
  3. Enter autonomously — type your code at the entrance, the gym is yours. No staff, no reception, no waiting.
  4. Train in private — 50m² fully equipped, just for you (or your group, up to 6 people).

Access via unique code ensures only booked clients enter the building. A security camera covers the entrance. The neighborhood at 12 Avenue de Wagram, 75017 Paris is central, well-lit, and served by Charles de Gaulle – Étoile and Ternes metro stations. You can train confidently even at 10:30pm.

Full equipment available at any hour

Whether at 6am or 10pm, you have access to all the equipment: power rack, 2-40kg dumbbells, Olympic bars, treadmill, bike, high and low cables, floor mats, resistance bands. Plus a private shower and changing room to get ready for work or head straight home.
