At Ma Salle, this barrier doesn't exist. You book a fully private 50m² space where you're alone (or with people you choose). No one watching you, no one judging you. You learn at your own pace, in a supportive environment.

Where to start?

Here's a simple program for your first session at Ma Salle:

  1. Warm-up (10 min) — brisk walking or elliptical at low intensity.
  2. Upper body strength (15 min) — guided bench press, lat pulldown, light dumbbell curls.
  3. Lower body strength (15 min) — bodyweight or light dumbbell squats, lunges, leg press.
  4. Core (5 min) — plank, crunches, leg raises.
  5. Stretching (10 min) — static stretches for all muscle groups worked.

Come with a friend or a coach

Starting together is more motivating. At Ma Salle, the price is the same whether you come alone or with others (up to 6 people). You can also book with a personal trainer who will guide your first steps — we can recommend partner coaches if you wish.

An environment designed for peace of mind

The space is air-conditioned, well-lit and equipped with a Bluetooth speaker for your music. After training, enjoy a private shower with hygiene products provided. Everything is designed to make your experience pleasant, from start to finish.
